Since our New Jersey law firm was established in 1981, our personal attorneys have helped thousands of people in Bridgewater and across New Jersey regain control of their lives after serious accidents.
The attorneys at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. have deep roots in New Jersey. The founding partners Sam Davis, Garry R. Salomon and Marc Saperstein met at The Bergenfield-Dumont Jewish Center and became childhood friends. The three went separate ways after graduating from local high schools in Bergen County, but all developed a common interest in the law and helping those in need. Marc Saperstein and Sam Davis established Davis & Saperstein in 1981. Garry Salomon joined as a partner six years later to form Davis, Saperstein & Salomon.
The personal injury attorneys gained a reputation for taking on challenging injury cases in New Jersey and obtaining favorable results. Satisfied clients referred more cases to the law firm.
The founding partners at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. gained prominence within the N.J. legal community and the law firm expanded. The law firm added Steven Benvenisti and Paul Garfield as partners in 2004.
In 2011, Bennett Wasserman, a Hofstra University Special Law professor in the area of Legal Malpractice, joined to head up the firm’s legal malpractice department. Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. also represents injured workers, with an active Workers’ Compensation Department headed by Steven H. Cohen. The department assists injured workers in Bridgewater who have been injured on the job and are having trouble obtaining workers’ compensation benefits.
