Gayle Halevy
Gayle Halevy is a 2003 graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and a 2007 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., Gayle Halevy practiced law in New York City for thirteen years, where she was a partner at a well-recognized firm, and then for four years, at a well-regarded medical malpractice defense firm in New Jersey. At both prior firms, much of her practice was devoted to the defense of medical facilities, physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, and nurses, in both New York and New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Halevy has litigated cases involving construction site injuries, motor vehicle collision injuries, and slip-and-fall injuries caused by property owner negligence.
Gayle Halevy is experienced in handling complex legal and medical issues in state and federal courts, New York and New Jersey, at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Halevy’s experience as a defense attorney gives her a unique perspective, which she now uses to her advantage as a New Jersey and New York plaintiff attorney representing injury victims or their estates due to negligence, neglect, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse.
