Who will be held responsible for my injuries?

It is also possible that shipping companies, truck manufacturers, parts manufacturers or even a mechanic can be liable. Sometimes, the owner of a trailer or even your employer may be responsible. In many cases, one or more insurance companies end up paying.

Our firm will work to find out who is responsible for your injury so they can be held accountable in court.
