Albert C. Asphall

Albert C. Asphall is an associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., and practices on all matters pertaining to personal injury. After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a political science degree in 2007, Albert earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 2010.

Prior to joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., Albert C. Asphall spent eight years as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the city of Paterson. He also served as a Municipal Prosecutor for the city of Paterson and Township of Irvington.

Albert C. Asphall is recognized by The American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Jamaica Organization of New Jersey.

Outside of practicing law, Albert enjoys traveling with his wife and son, reading, playing baseball, and jogging.
