Eugene Grinberg

Eugene Grinberg is a senior associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. Born in Ukraine, Eugene and his family moved to New Jersey when he was young. He has lived all over New Jersey, including Newark, Burlington, Jersey City, and most recently, Long Valley. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York, the Federal District of New Jersey, and the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

From an early age, Eugene has been passionate about service and education. He worked with his father in his veterinary practice starting in his teenage years and continued
through college. Eugene received his BA from Drew University in Madison, NJ, and his law degree from New York Law School in Manhattan.

After law school, Eugene practiced personal injury law and commercial litigation. He then clerked for several judges and court systems, including the New York State
Unified Court System and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Eugene has worked on all phases of litigation, including discovery, case management, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trials, and appeals. He has gained extensive
experience in numerous courts and specialties, including personal injury, state and federal civil rights, habeas corpus, insurance disputes, product liability, commercial litigation, and constitutional matters in both civil and criminal contexts. Eugene enjoys
practicing law because there is always something new to learn, which in turn helps him to inform, educate, and help clients win their legal battles.

Outside of the office and courtroom, Eugene enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, cooking, hiking, watching football, weight training, and reading. His favorite
book (and discussion topic) is The Power Broker by Robert Caro. Eugene has also been an avid ultimate frisbee player and coach since high school.
