Atty. Matthew A. Schroeder, Esq.Matthew A. Schroeder, Esq. is an experienced trial lawyer and is a senior associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. Matthew graduated from Wayne Valley High School in 1996 and from Dartmouth College in 2000, where he was a member of the varsity football team and part of the 1996 undefeated Ivy League Championship squad. He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in January 2008. Since then, Matthew has dedicated his career to representing the interests of those injured by the negligence of others. For the first fifteen years of his career, he practiced personal injury law in New York City, representing clients injured in New York and New Jersey.

Matthew is licensed to practice law in the New York and New Jersey Federal and State Courts. He has won dozens of jury verdicts for his clients in motor vehicle collisions, premises cases, and construction accidents. He is familiar with all aspects of personal injury litigation and has argued before the Appellate Divisions in New York State on numerous occasions.

As a former Dartmouth D1 college football player, Matthew is a highly competitive team player and strong advocate for his clients. He has a strong motivation to win his cases and uses the lessons from his football experience to determine creative strategies and legal arguments to provide optimum results.

Matthew is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Outside of law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and enjoys coaching, skiing, and jujitsu.
