Samuel L. Davis

Through the years, we’ve accepted small cases as well as some of America’s largest cases. According to The New Jersey Law Journal, a respected legal publication relied upon by New Jersey judges and lawyers since 1878, our founding partner Samuel L. Davis held the highest reported New Jersey personal injury settlement or verdict during the 2022-2023 court term for $28 million on behalf of an injured electrical worker. This is not the first time that Sam Davis held that distinction. In 2014, he also achieved the number one spot with the highest New Jersey-reported personal injury jury verdict involving a boating accident. Marc C. Saperstein

Throughout his career, Partner Marc C. Saperstein has helped thousands of people in New York and New Jersey. His peers have recognized him with many awards, including a lifetime achievement award by the New Jersey Association for Justice, a statewide association of trial lawyers. He was among the first lawyers in America to sue the tobacco industry for its intentional advertising to children to get them addicted to nicotine. He led class action lawsuits against prescription drug manufacturers, and he has earned his clients millions of dollars. He has expertise in representing injured construction workers and won a $20 million jury verdict in New York on behalf of an injured worker. 

Garry R. Salomon

Partners Garry R. Salomon, along with Adam B. Lederman, are both certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as civil trial attorneys. They have been recognized for several multi-million-dollar victories from hotly disputed motorcycle and motor vehicle accident cases, one of which was reported to be the seventh largest in the Northeastern part of the US during the court’s 2020 to 2021 court calendar year. Garry Salomon and his son, partner Jeffrey R. Salomon, co-authored a useful book titled “The Consumer’s Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims” second edition (2025). Steven Benvenisti

Partner Steven Benvenisti understands what it means to be injured.  While crossing the street during his college spring break, he was hit by a drunk driver. The accident shattered his legs and caused a traumatic brain injury.  After being in a coma for 10 days and enduring over 15 surgeries to rebuild his legs, he not only made a full recovery, but he attended law school and dedicated his life’s work to helping others injured because of negligent and drunk drivers.  He became the Chair of New Jersey’s Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Vice-Chair of the Board of MADD National.  He is also on the board of a rehabilitation hospital foundation. With the help of many medical professionals, he made a full recovery from his traumatic brain injury. He went on to become the President of the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey.

Paul Garfield

Partner Paul Garfield, also certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, has achieved a consistent track record of successfully resolving thousands of New Jersey injury claims during his 30-year career as an injury lawyer. Steven H. Cohen

Partner Steven H. Cohen is an expert in New Jersey workers’ compensation law. In fact, he was co-chairman of the NJ Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice Workers Compensation Committees, where Steve Cohen helped write the current New Jersey law.
